You always have the ability to decide whether to proceed with any activity that requests personal information. If you do not wish to provide the requested information, you may not be able to complete the transaction or obtain full functionality on the websites if the information is essential to complete the transaction or functionality.

Non-Personal Information We Collect

We may collect non-personal information about the use of our websites, products and services. Doing so helps us maintain and improve our offerings. Cookies are small files that are transferred (if you allow) to your device through your browser software, to enable the websites or its service provider to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. We may use cookies to help us remember and process any items in your shopping cart, to understand and save your preferences for future visits, gather data analytics about websites use or product use, and/or market products or services to you on third-party websites. This data is retained only in aggregate form and does not identify individual users.

As with many websites, we may gather certain information and store it in log files when you interact with our websites. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider, URLs of referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, information you search for, locale and language preferences, identification numbers associated with your devices, your mobile carrier, and/or system configuration information.

Protecting Your Information

We implement a variety of commercially reasonable security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access that information, and to protect that information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.  However, no email or Internet communication should be considered fully secure or error-free.  Accordingly, please take special care in considering what information you send to us. We retain your information as may be needed to provide products or services that you request or require, or for as long as we commercially reasonably desire or view as necessary, unless you instruct us otherwise.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider’s database to be accessible only by those authorized and with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information with outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our websites, conducting our business, or servicing you, as long as those parties agree to keep your information confidential.  Use of our websites does not enable other parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law or court order, enforce our website policies, or protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety. Non-personal visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Third Parties

Occasionally, at our discretion, on our websites we may include or offer third-party links for products, services, registrations, and the like. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies, which we encourage you to read. We have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our websites and welcome any feedback about these third-party sites. The www.acustaf.com site uses Google Analytics. Associated privacy information can be reviewed at www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/.

Do Not Track

Browsers can provide an optional “do not track” feature, allowing you to tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. AcuStaf does not track website visitors over time and across other parties’ websites to provide targeted advertising.  Accordingly, at this time, we do not respond to browser “do not track” signals.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act); we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our websites, products, and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.  If you are under 13, please do not submit any personal information to us.  If you believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can delete that information and/or take other appropriate action.
